Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Please note that if you request an exchange more than 24 hours after receiving the product, it will be considered as damage caused by use and will not be eligible for exchange.


Terms & Conditions

Since all our candles are handmade, each one is unique, and no two candles are exactly alike.

Natural occurrences in soy wax, such as frosting, are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

The painted parts of the candle may rub off with handling, so please avoid touching those areas.

Color blending, where the candle’s colors merge to create a gradient effect, is a natural occurrence influenced by Singapore’s climate. You can slow this process by storing the candles in a cool, dry place.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created based on individual requests. Please take your time to discuss and confirm that the custom product suits your needs before purchasing.

The reasons mentioned above are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
